Nuir products are delivered worldwide. Orders are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo or Aras Kargo for domestic shipments and delivered within 7-10 business days. The shipment costs within Turkey are free of charge.

All other international shipments are being handled by PTT  and delivery service within 20 business days for delivery for $15.

For each mode of shipment a tracking number will be sent to you. 

Nuir is not responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

If you want to cancel your order before shipping please send an e-mail to nilay@qubi.com.tr . If the order has already shipped, you can return your order within three days after receiving. The product must be in the original packaging including any signature packaging materials and the return shipment has to be made at your own cost. Nuir is not responsible for any lost packages during the return process. No refund will be made for products that are returned incomplete, damaged, used or notified more than 3 days later.
